What am I purchasing?
You are purchasing a ratio of a live animal.
The cost of the animal is based on the estimated beef you will receive from the animal after processing and the service fee we charge to transport and coordinate processing and pick up.
Reserve Your Order
Visit our "Reserve" section below and get on our list.
Once we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm your order.
Customer orders are filled based on our inventory. The sooner you make a reservation the more certainty your order will be filled.
Payment and Pick Up
You will receive an invoice prior to processing.
50% of cost will need to be made by the transport date.
Remaining balance is due at pickup.
You will pick up your animal (processed, packaged, and labeled cuts) in Lakeview, OR.
