Grass Fed Heifer/Steer
If you are looking for a tender grass-fed steak, then the mixed cut heifer/steer is for you. This share includes all the steaks, roasts, and hamburger. Animals are under 3 yrs of age at an average 1000lbs.

If you prefer grained beef, then this option is for you. Cattle are fattened on grain and alfalfa hay for an additional 75 days prior to harvest.

Ground Beef Cow
Cows make great burger and roasts! You may even request cube steaks (tenderized meat such as a chicken fried steak). Cows are over 3 yrs of age at an average of 1200lbs.

Price above includes the share of the animal. Service Fee is the cost for transport and processing. Average service fee will be approximately $275 per quarter.

What am I purchasing?
You are purchasing a ratio of a live animal.
The cost of the animal is based on the estimated beef you will receive from the animal after processing and the service fee we charge to transport and coordinate processing and pick up.

Visit our "Reserve" section below and get on our list.
Once we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm your order.
Customer orders are filled based on our inventory. The sooner you make a reservation the more certainty your order will be filled.
Payment and Pick Up
You will receive an invoice prior to processing.
50% of cost will need to be made by the transport date.
Remaining balance is due at pickup.
You will pick up your animal (processed, packaged, and labeled cuts) in Lakeview, OR.
